The Raikage sat on his chair in front of his working desk. His office was spacious and large, offering huge room and a great view of his village; including mountains, rivers, and the clouds. Anyone who entered into the administration building without his satisfaction would probably be cut down by the Raikage himself. This was his territory, and V rules with an iron fist, although he can display occassional gestures of friendship.
